PROMO MECHANICS

1.Participating Partners: (PLDT, PrimeWater, Converge ICT, Oriental Mindoro Electric Cooperative, Inc., Skypay, Meralco, PAG IBIG, Visayan Electric Company (VIECO), Social Security Services System (SSS), PRULIFE)

2. Promo will run from September 25 to November 25, 2024.

3. Participating partners users will earn an e-raffle when they pay their bills via PalawanPay App only. Minimum of Php 2,000.
• Php 2,000 bills payment transaction = One (1) e-raffle entry

4. Winners will receive PalawanPay credits from Palawan Group of Companies. Bills payment will be done via PalawanPay App.

5. The winning customers will be notified via SMS by Palawan Group of Companies. The redemption of prizes is 60 days (about 2 months) upon receipt of notification.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. For qualified bills payment transactions paid via PalawanPay App, the PalawanPay credits will be sent to the declared mobile number of the payor.
2. A customer can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner must get the prize with a higher value.
3. Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email and SMS. To claim the prize, winners must acknowledge the verification from Palawan Group and or reach out after posting via the social media announcement.
4. Promo only applies to all successful bills payment transactions of the participating partners. Cancelled or failed transactions will not be qualified.
5. All taxes (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred for the prize shall be shouldered by Palawan Group.
6. The promo offers and prizes are not transferable and/or convertible to cash. Claiming of prize through an authorized representative is not applicable and will be only sent to the registered PalawanPay mobile number used for payment.
7. This promo is valid for bills payment transactions only. The offer cannot be used with other existing promotions.
8. All employees of Palawan Pawnshop Group/PalawanPay, ECPay, Bayad & participating partners (PLDT, PrimeWater, Converge ICT, Oriental Mindoro Electric Cooperative, Inc., SkyPay, Meralco, PAG IBIG, Visayan Electric Company (VIECO), Social Security Services System (SSS), PRULIFE) and up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promotion.
