2. Get free delivery for every purchase of Palawan Gold coin and bars only made via PalawanPay app (jewelry purchase not included) during the promo period.

3. Get a chance to win a gold bar or gold jewelry! Earn one raffle entry for every successful checkout purchase of gold jewelry, coins, or bars via PalawanPay during the promo period, regardless of the number of items in your order. More transactions mean more chances to win!

4. There will be three (3) winners in the e-raffle draw on May 7, 2025, conducted in the presence of a DTI representative. The winners will be announced on May 10, 2025, through the official social media pages of Palawan Pawnshop Palawan Express Pera Padala, Palawan Gold, PalawanPay, and Palawan Pawnshop Jewelry. Promo offers and prizes are not convertible to cash and are non-transferable.

5. Winners will be notified via SMS and thru their registered email, and a call to their registered PalawanPay number by the Palawan Pawnshop Customer Care Team. To claim their prize, winners must complete the verification process with the Palawan Group and/or contact them within 60 days after the social media announcement.

6. Winners can claim their prize at the nearest Palawan Pawnshop branch. Alternatively, verified winners may have their prizes delivered via LBC after confirming their address.

7. Palawan Group will shoulder all taxes, including the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00, as well as any other expenses related to the prize.

8. Winners must claim their prizes within 2025. If claiming through an authorized representative, the following must be presented:

• One (1) valid ID of the winner
• One (1) valid ID of the authorized representative
• A signed authorization letter from the winner

9. This promo cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions for Palawan Gold coins, bars, or Palawan Pawnshop Jewelry.

10. Customers can avail of the promo multiple times during the promo period.

11. Employees of Palawan Group of Companies advertising agency and participating outlets including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
