9. Terms and Conditions:

a. For qualified transactions paid via PalawanPay verified account, the e-voucher will be only sent to the registered PalawanPay mobile number used for payment. For qualified transactions paid via over the counter in a Palawan Pawnshop branch, the e-voucher will be sent to the declared mobile number of the payor.

b. A customer can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner must get the prize with a higher value.

c. Winners shall be notified via registered mail and SMS. To claim the prize, winners must acknowledge the verification from Palawan Group and or reach out after posting via the social media announcement.

d. Promo only applies to all successful loan payment transactions of the 7 participating partners. Cancelled or failed transactions will not be qualified.

e. All taxes (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred for the prize shall be shouldered by Palawan Group.

f. The promo offers and prizes are not transferable and/or convertible to cash. Claiming of prize through an authorized representative is not applicable and will be only sent to the registered PalawanPay mobile number used for payment. Claiming of promo offers and prizes has no expiry; SM GiftPass Terms & Conditions applies.

g. This promo is valid for loan payment transactions only. The offer cannot be used with other existing promotions.
