PROMO MECHANICS

The 500 Points (equivalent to Php 5.00) and P10 voucher will be given immediately after every successful transaction of international remittance claim on PalawanPay app. These points and vouchers can be used for transaction fee discounts on the app. Users will receive an in-app notification of points earned and can also view their points and available voucher in the Rewards section of PalawanPay app. 

500 POINTS

• The maximum discount on transaction fees using points will depend on the number of points earned. Any fee exceeding the discount will be automatically deducted from the user’s wallet.

• Points are non-refundable and non-transferable to other users. PalawanPay points cannot be used in conjunction with any voucher.
• Points can only be used as a discount on transaction fees.
• Points have no expiration date and are valid for an indefinite period.

PHP 10 VOUCHER

• The maximum discount on the transaction fee is P10. Any fee exceeding this amount will be automatically deducted from the user’s wallet.
• Voucher is not refundable and not transferable to other users.
• Only one voucher can be used per transaction.
• Vouchers cannot be used alongside PalawanPay points.
• Vouchers will be offered as a discount only on transaction fees.
• Vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
