PROMO SPECIFICATIONS

1. Who Can Join:

• The promo is open to all PalawanPay users (aged 13 and above) with a valid TikTok account.
• Employees of Palawan Group of Companies advertising agency and participating outlets including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

2. How to Join:

• Participants must dance to the “Happy P-Day” jingle and post their video on their personal TikTok account.
• Participants must have a VERIFIED PalawanPay Account
• Entries must include the hashtags #PalawanDay and #HappyPDay in the post.

3. Submission Guidelines:

• Participants are limited to one (1) entry per person. One video entry is equivalent to one raffle entry.
• The TikTok video must be set to Public and viewable.

4. Entry Validation:

• For an entry to be considered valid, the participant must meet all requirements and post within the promo period.
• Video must be in TikTok format (9:16  – Vertical).
• Participants must have a valid and VERIFIED PalawanPay.
• Participants must register through a Google Form (https://forms.gle/hJHmWHvCkwpfXiLaA ) with their complete name, PalawanPay Account Number, Tittok Account Name, Contact No., Complete Address and the copy of their video entry.

5. Promo Period:

• The promo runs from December 1 to December 31, 2024.

DETERMINATION OF WINNER

A. Date and Time

The draw will be on January 7, 2025, 2:00PM, supervised by a DTI representative and representatives from Palawan Pawnshop – Palawan Express Pera Padala. (Announcement: January 15, 10AM).

B. Venue

PPG – Makati Office – 7263 J. Victor Street, Pio del Pilar, Makati City 1230

C. Raffle Draw

1. An internal program randomizer will be used to draw the winners under a DTI representative’s supervision. A customer can only win once and one prize during the promo duration.
2. In case a customer’s name is drawn multiple times, he or she will get the prize of a higher value. Prizes will be disbursed as is and not as cash. The prize is non-transferable.
3. Order of Raffle will be based on the prizes lister below.

PRIZES

• Claiming of prize is until 60 days from receipt of written notice from the PalawanPay representative. Failure to claim prizes within the said days will be forfeited with prior DTI approval.
• Registration of prize, insurances, shipping costs and other expenses in claiming the prize, will be borne by Palawan Group of Companies.

WINNERS

• All winners of the raffle will be announced on PalawanPay’s social media pages (Facebook).
• All winners will be notified via text message and registered mail by a PalawanPay officer.
• Crediting of PalawanPay Credits prize will be done through PalawanPay.
• Our customer care representative will contact the winners to verify if their PalawanPay credits have been successfully credited.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Palawan Group of Companies reserves the right to repurpose posted content related to this for promotional purposes.
2. Each winner shall allow PalawanPay to use his/her name or picture in its marketing communication materials.

DATA COLLECTION

An internal program randomizer will be used to draw the winners under a DTI representative’s supervision. Entries will be taken from the official Google Forms. Customers who will meet the set criteria will be included in the pool of entries.

PROMO ANNOUNCEMENT

Announcements/collateral bearing the important promo details will be posted in PalawanPay social media pages, official website and PalawanPay app.
