PROMO SPECIFICATIONS:

The PalawanPay Win It Sa Tag-init Promo will take place from March 8 to May 31, 2025. During the promo period, all PalawanPay users with basic accounts who will upgrade to verified PalawanPay accounts and complete at least five (5) cash-in transactions with a minimum amount of PHP 500 pesos for each transaction through any of the following channels—Palawan Pawnshop branches, Palawan Express Pera Padala Outlets, Palawan Express Remittance Sub-Agents, Pay&Go kiosks, or InstaPay (from other e-wallets and banks)—will get one (1) e-raffle entry and a chance to win an exciting prize!

WHO ARE QUALIFIED TO PARTICIPATE

The promo is open to:

• All Palawan customers residing in and out the Philippines, 18 years old and above are eligible to join.
• All Palawan customers who will be able to:

Upgrade their PalawanPay account to ‘Verified’ within the promo duration. This covers:

• New Users who will download the app, register an account, and successfully upgrade their account to ‘Verified’
• Existing Users (‘Basic’ account holders) who will successfully upgrade their account to ‘Verified’

With a minimum of five (5) cash-in transactions within the promo duration with a cash-in amount of at least PHP 500 per transaction via the following channels:

• Palawan Pawnshop branches, Palawan Express Pera Padala Outlets, Palawan Express Remittance Sub-Agents, Pay&Go kiosks, or InstaPay (from other e-wallets and banks)

Employees of Palawan Group of Companies advertising agency and participating outlets including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

DETERMINATION OF WINNERS

A. Date and Time: 
June 7, 2025, at 2:00 PM, which will also be supervised by a DTI representative and representatives from Palawan Pawnshop – Palawan Express Pera Padala. (Announcement: June 14, 2025, 10:00 AM)

B. Venue 
PPG Head Office – Palawan Pawnshop Building, 170 Rizal Ave., Brgy. Masikap, Puerto Princesa City, 5300

Raffle Draw

1. An internal program randomizer will be used to draw the winners under a DTI representative’s supervision. A customer can only win once and one prize during the promo duration.
2. In case a customer’s name is drawn multiple times, he or she will get the prize of a higher value. Prizes will be disbursed as is and not as cash. The prize is non-transferable.
3. Order of Raffle
   • Trip to Palawan for two (2) people for each winner (2 winners)
   • NMAX Motorcycle (2 winners)
   • 2 grams of Palawan Gold Bar (17 winners, 1 winner per region in the Philippines)
   • PHP 2,000 PalawanPay Credit (10 winners)

PRIZES

• Claiming of prize is until 60 days from receipt of written notice from the PalawanPay representative. Failure to claim prizes within the said days will be forfeited with prior DTI approval.
• Registration of prize, insurances, shipping costs, and other expenses in claiming the prize, will be borne by Palawan Group of Companies.

WINNERS

• All winners of the raffle will be announced on PalawanPay’s social media pages (Facebook). All winners will be notified via text message and registered mail by the PalawanPay officer.
• All winners will receive prizes tax free. The Palawan brand will pay tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00.
• All winners may claim their tangible prize at the nearest Palawan Express branch. To claim the prize, winners must present a valid ID and text notification.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Palawan Group of Companies reserves the right to repurpose posted content related to this for promotional purposes.
2. Each winner shall allow PalawanPay to use his/her name or picture in its marketing communication materials.
   
   

DATA COLLECTION

An internal program randomizer will be used to draw the winners under a DTI representative’s supervision. Entries will be taken from the transactional log data from PalawanPay’s system. Customers who will meet the set criteria will be included in the pool of entries.

PROMO ANNOUNCEMENT

Announcements/collateral bearing the important promo details will be posted in PalawanPay social media pages, official website and PalawanPay app.
